Return conditions

• Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and with their packaging intact.
• You have 14 days from receipt of your order to notify us of your wish to return it.

How to make a return?

• Once your request is approved, we will send you instructions for returning the item
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in the case of defective items or errors on our part.

All orders are prepared and shipped within 10 business days.

• Standard delivery: 3 to 5 working days
• Delivery areas: we deliver to France and Europe (excluding the UK)
